When you think of the word intimacy what’s the first thing that renders through your mind? I have a feeling that a healthy percentage of people would answer sex. Nevertheless, the first definition in the dictionary under intimacy is (close familiarity or friendship).
Looking through the different definitions of intimacy, the terminology that resonates with central tenet of my being is, (a private cozy atmosphere). The reason why is because I see intimacy as a sacred, private environment that’s established between two people, while sharing a synchronized frequency that the two can relate to on a warm affectionate level.
Sharing music with a person that you have deep feelings for is definitely a form of intimacy. It’s like walking into another universe while astral projecting simultaneously with a person that you are close to. Uniting worlds in any fashion is heart warming on many levels.
Being present around good energy that resonates to the soul is priceless and magical. Cosmic intimacy is the expansion of consciousness that has no limits nor barriers to withhold. Although physical intimacy will always be pleasurable; passionate, universe sharing intimacy is freedom.
There’s a saying that we don’t ever remember what people do for us but we will always remember how that person makes us feel. Regardless if the intimacy is finite or infinite, that moment of bliss that is shared will last forever because of the feelings that are communicated amongst each other. The connection between two souls are what makes life exciting and spontaneous. Experiencing connections beyond the physical is spiritual liberation.
